These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and me44 (hereinafter "me44", "we", "us", or "the Company") in respect of your access to and use of the me44 online platform accessible at https://me44.cam and any related mobile or web applications.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the me44 platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on me44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of, located in, or accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by me44 for any breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of me44, nor a close family member of any such person;
• The funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity;
• You are acting in a personal recreational capacity and not professionally or as a business activity.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the me44 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as per your Malaysian IC or passport);
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address and mobile phone number;
• Preferred username and a secure password;
• Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. me44 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify me44 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any other security breach.

me44 is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawal requests are processed, and at any other point the Company deems necessary for risk or compliance purposes.

5.1 Required Documents

KYC verification typically requires the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian IC (MyKad — both sides), driver's licence, or international passport;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syabas, TMNet, etc.) or bank statement dated within the past three (3) months, showing your name and residential address;
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document alongside a handwritten note bearing the current date and "me44";
• Source of Funds: In certain cases, me44 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited to the Account.

5.2 Verification Timeframe

me44 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 business hours of receiving a complete and legible set of documents. During peak periods or for enhanced due diligence cases, this timeframe may be extended. Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances, without prejudice to any legal action the Company may pursue.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

me44 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay;
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange);
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect;
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT).

6.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is RM30,000, subject to your selected payment method's own limits. Deposits made via e-wallets and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX and online banking deposits may take 5–15 minutes.

me44 does not charge any platform-side fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which me44 accepts no responsibility.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes;
• DuitNow / FPX: 5–15 minutes;
• Bank Wire Transfer: 15–60 minutes.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. me44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which may extend processing times. Players must have wagered their deposited amount at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

me44 offers a range of promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this Section and any specific terms associated with the individual promotion at the time of offer.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only. Players from Prohibited Jurisdictions are not eligible for any promotion;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering ("rollover") requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. a 15x wagering requirement on a RM200 bonus means the Player must wager RM3,000 before withdrawal);
• The maximum bet permitted while playing with active Bonus Funds is RM50 per round or spin, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
• Bonuses carry an expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from activation). Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture;
• Game contribution toward wagering requirements varies: Slots generally contribute 100%; table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. The specific contribution rate for each game is detailed in the individual promotion terms;
• me44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already claimed and activated the promotion;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Players or exchanged for cash directly.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositing Players may be eligible to claim a welcome bonus offer, subject to their chosen bonus option at registration. Welcome bonus options, their applicable percentages, maximum bonus amounts, and specific wagering requirements are displayed on the Platform at the time of registration. All welcome bonuses are subject to these general bonus conditions.

All bets and wagers placed on me44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event, as displayed on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game or event rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

8.1 Sports Betting

me44 offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events, including Liga Super Malaysia, FAM Cup, English Premier League (EPL), Champions League, UFC, and other international competitions. The following general rules apply:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation;
• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and exercised within the permitted window;
• In the event of a postponed, cancelled, or abandoned sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sporting event rules published on the Platform;
• me44 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the commencement of an event in circumstances where in-play betting was not offered for that event;
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day apply and are displayed within the betting interface.

8.2 Casino & Live Games

All casino games, including live dealer tables, slot titles, and instant games, operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems. Game outcomes are determined by these systems independently of any player action or Platform intervention.

me44 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the bet for that round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance. Incomplete game rounds will not be counted toward any wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the me44 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point, including during registration, KYC, or payment processing;
• Using the Platform while located in or resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technology;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity using the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by me44;
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated dishonest activity in connection with any bet or game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who discovers such an issue is obligated to report it to me44 immediately and must not exploit it. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error will be voided;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing me44 staff, agents, or other Players;
• Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian or international law.

All content on the me44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the exclusive property of me44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of me44.

The me44 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, me44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if me44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, me44 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, data, or goodwill;
• Interruptions to the Platform arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside me44's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of government, or natural disasters);
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in odds, game results, or other information displayed on the Platform, where such error is corrected promptly upon discovery;
• The conduct or actions of third-party payment providers, including processing delays or technical failures on their systems.

Where applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, me44's total aggregate liability in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Suspension by me44

me44 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account is being used in breach of these Terms;
• The Account holder has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• KYC or source-of-funds verification has not been completed within the required period;
• The Account is subject to a self-exclusion or player protection measure;
• We are required to do so by any applicable legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, all outstanding Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

me44 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all our Players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and it is important to us that it remains that way.

The Platform makes available the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been actively playing for a specified duration;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the Company's operations.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between a Player and me44 arising from or in connection with the Platform or these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation and in good faith via the me44 customer support channels. Players should direct all complaints in the first instance to the me44 support team via the 24/7 live chat service or by email to the address provided in Section 16 below.

me44 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to any relevant dispute resolution body in accordance with the Company's licensing arrangements.

14.2 Language

These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in the English language. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict.

me44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via a notice posted on the Platform or, where practicable, by email to the address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the me44 Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We encourage Players to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
